Welcome to Big Wi. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Big Wi and all of its users. By accepting these terms, you are knowingly entering into this agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Big Wi platform.

Multiple accounts are prohibited

Each person may only hold one big wi account. if the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. Big Wi will not be liable for any transactions or losses resulting from unauthorized access.

The minimum age to bet on big wi is 18. anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

Age Verification Process

Big Wi reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (if no other document is available)

Big Wi reserves the right to restrict or suspend an account until age verification is complete. Registering with false information will result in account termination, and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

Betting Limits

Bet Cancellation & Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. however, big wi reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed
• If a technical error occurs in odds display
• If evidence of match-fixing or irregularities is found
• If a user violates the platform's rules

Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting odds artificially or abusing bonuses
• Exploiting multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Operating an account using another user's information
• Suspicious betting patterns indicating money laundering

Supported Payment Methods

Withdrawal Terms

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (some exceptions may apply).

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire.
• Stacking multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated.
• Big wi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

Bonus Abuse

If Big Wi determines that a user is abusing the bonus system — for example, by using multiple accounts or coordinating bets — the relevant bonus will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

Big wi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated
• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Involvement in fraudulent activity
• If money laundering or illegal financial transactions are suspected
• If false information is provided during age verification

Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting Big Wi Support. Please withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed.

Big Wi believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Big Wi's Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: set a daily limit on how much you wager.
• Session Time Limit: You will be automatically logged out after exceeding the set time limit on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where Big Wi is licensed. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
